Hello, and thank you for visiting my website. As an experienced couple therapist I offer both brief and longer term counselling for individuals and couples, working on issues such as anxiety and depression, affairs, communication problems and difficulties with intimacy. I am also a Relate Licensed psychosexual therapist, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosexual Therapy from Relate and the University of Hull.

I also have a particular interest and experience in working with people who wish to discuss autism related issues.

Availability

I offer daytime only appointments using online platforms, usually Zoom.

Background and experience

I have been a Relate Counsellor since 1996, initially in Centres around South Yorkshire, and an independent Relate Licensed counsellor since 2003. I am also an experienced supervisor of counsellors. I have also worked as a counsellor in GP surgeries and with students in Higher Education.
